Situated in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Gainesville, Georgia, is known for lush green spaces, an expansive lake, and quaint university-town culture. It's only an hour north of Atlanta, but it's well worth a day trip or even an overnight visit. Gainesville has channeled that popularity into becoming known as a top city for visitors in Georgia, and residents love it too. Lake Lanier surrounds three sides of the city.

Cozy 3 bed 2 bath ranch.
Close to Lake Lanier. No lake access. 15 mins drive to Lake Lanier.
Deck is accessible.
Back is not accessible as a tenant occupies downstairs ( basement).
Sunroom accessible.
2 cars garage parking. Also boat space on driveway.

4. No flushing of sanitary products.
5. Use the code to open lockbox for key.
