I have always loved the St. Augustine area and dreamed of owning property here. Ponce Place is the perfect location of quiet and close to the downtown festivities.
What makes this property unique
Ponce Place is a great place to stay with family and friends. There is a large living/dining/kitchen combination to host and stay connected. The outside area is perfect for coffee, relaxing, and sitting by the fire.
