Original details include 11 foot tall ceilings, heart of pine wood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows. Front and back porches, balconies, open-plan gourmet kitchen, and landscaped backyard. Fully renovated but still with all its original character.
4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathroom (two tubs, two showers) plus Living Room, TV Room, Library, and Laundry Room with Washer / Dryer.
Master bedroom has a King sized bed with Tempurpedic mattress, large ensuite bathroom (with walk-in marble shower and soaking tub) and side balcony.
The kids bedroom has a king-sized bed plus "secret fort" and front balcony.
The "office" has a Queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom.
The "meditation room" has a pull-out couch with Queen sized mattress and front balcony.

Buses run along Magazine (three blocks away) and Napoleon Avenue (one block away).
