Spend your vacation with the sound of the ocean waves in your ears at this incredible beachfront condo! This 11th floor condo offers endless comfort and style with panoramic views of the beach, bay as well as view of the North side of the island! Fully equipped with an electric grill, well stocked kitchen and of course there's that 100-yard pool! Enjoy the ultimate beach getaway!
*This condo has a regular drip coffeemaker*
Information to note during your stay:
-We have a beach towel available for every guest and a beach wagon.
-Beachside chairs and umbrellas are available to rent for $40/day, you can rent through Sapphire or through Sonny's next door behind Margaritaville or the Holiday Inn on the South side of Sapphire
-Poolside cabanas are available to rent for $125/day and reservations can be made 24 hours in advance at the front desk.
The TVs are all set up for streaming. Let us know if you have any questions.

You will have access to the entire condo and the Sapphire amenities such as:

-Do not leave children unattended on the balconies
-Primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid ID is required at check-in.
-A MAXIMUM of 8 guests permitted, this includes infants and children. NO Exceptions
-ONLY registered individuals will be granted access to the property. -ONLY owners are permitted to have guests.
-No pets allowed
-NO candles allowed in condo
-Unruly behavior will not be tolerated
-Failure to abide by Sapphire rules may result in fines and/or eviction

Our name “GISO” (gee-so) comes from the first two letters in our daughter’s names and they absolutely love it! In addition to our GISO Vacation Rental business, we also own a Real Estate business called … you guessed it, GISO Realty!
