This traditional Cape cottage has beautiful marsh views and is steps from a private sand beach. It includes a patio overlooking the Great Sippewisset Marsh with picnic table and grill. A perfect place to relax and enjoy Cape cod. It is in a private West Falmouth neighborhood that provides direct access to the 11 mile Shining Sea bike path. The picturesque and historic villages of Falmouth and Woods Hole are a 10 minute drive and feature many restaurants. There is ferry service to Martha's Vineyard from Woods Hole. The sights of Boston are an easy 1 hour 15 minute drive.
