Thanksgiving in Santa Ros Beach

Outstanding 5 bedroom house with private bath for each bedroom. The house provides everything you could want plus the beds are incredibly comfortable. Close to beach yet not so close that you’re involved in the beach traffic. The managers are available 24/7 and I mean available. The house was immaculate and I recommend the home to all. I’m the grandmother and I had my son, his wife and their two teenaged kids. Pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, foosball and great tv. We had it all!

Great home and location

This is a well-equipped home with a great location and close beach access. Kids loved the pool. Large kitchen for our extended family and nicely supplied. We would definitely stay here again if possible.

Family Vaca at Villa Dolce

My family had an amazing time at Villa Dolce!! The home and amenities were just as described! The hosts were so welcoming! The beach was just a short walk from the home. My niece loved the pool. We had an amazing week! This home is a great home to gather with family and friends to make lots of memories!

Wonderful house and location

This house is spacious and has many positives. We loved the pool since it was great for small children. We also liked that each of the 5 bedrooms had their own bathroom. All of the rooms were nicely decorated. Probably the best thing was its location to the beach. It was just a short walk down the path and the entrance was just across 30A. It was so easy for the whole family.

Paradise on 30A

We have been visiting the area for 20 years and this was our first time staying at this property, but hopefully it won’t be our last! The house has everything, literally everything you might need! We’ve stayed in some places that have 1-2 pots, a few utensils, and a spatula or two. This house has it all! The pool and hot tub are a perfect addition along with a gorgeous covered back porch where you can enjoy meals and put drinks in a full size fridge! The location is perfect, being right across the street from the beach and a little over a mile from Seaside. We rented bikes and almost never had to get in the car the whole week! The kids loved the shuffle board and foosball tables so much! They spent hours having fun competitions! The furniture in the unit was so nice and comfortable! Every room was perfect and it has the nicest beds of anywhere we’ve ever stayed! The owners are super attentive and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed! We loved this property and had a wonderful family trip!

New 5 bedroom home with private pool and easy beach access

Our group of 10 had a great stay at this beautiful home for 1 week. The private pool was very convenient. There's even a pool alarm on the back doors so everyone in the house will know if a little one tries to go outside without a grown-ups knowledge. There's easy beach access right across 30A. The beds are very comfortable with full, overstuffed pillows. The kids had fun with the shuffle board and Foosball tables. There's also a tv in nearly every room. We really enjoyed our stay in this well appointed home.

We LOVED our stay! It was absolutely perfect! There was something for everyone! The game room was used more than I thought it would be! We had something going on at all times. The pool/hot tub was perfect. The huge deck and patio allowed us plenty of outdoor space in the evenings. It is so close to the beach, the guys would go down around 6 AM to put up our personal umbrellas and chairs. The family would make their way down when they were ready. The home is beautifully decorated and so inviting. James and Sherry have thought of everything to make your stay special. They are great folks and very easy to work with! We hope to return soon! Spacious, very clean, and the best-equipped unit we have ever rented. Beds were extremely comfortable. Every little detail had been provided. Beach was nearby, an easy walk to the access boardwalk. Owners were very responsive to any questions. Can't imagine that it could be any better, unless it came with a cook!

Villa Dolce was even better than expected. It was beautiful and conveniently located. We’ve never stayed on the north side of 30 A, not wanting to cross the road to get to the beach. But it was no big deal. We definitely hope to stay here again.

A hidden jewel with a straight walk to the beach

This house is a hidden jewel with a short straight walk to the beach. It has everything you could need during your trip. The location is quiet and just far enough away from the overly crowded traffic of 30A. The property manager(s) are very helpful, professional, and responsive. In fact, this has by far been our favorite place and people to rent from for a large family vacation. We had people 1 year old-67 and the house accommodated everyone comfortably. The pool was perfect for relaxing and giving the littles another option when the beach got too hot. I can’t say enough great things about this property, so if you are looking for a convenient, accommodating, well-managed property super close to the beach this place is for you!

Wow! Immaculate home!

First off- I have NEVER had this type of communication with the owners like I did with James and Sherry! They were FANTASTIC! They gave great suggestions throughout our stay especially since we had younger kids with us. The home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our vacation. Best vacation home that I have ever stayed in and will be recommending to all of my contacts about this property in 30A. Thanks again!

Great house with fabulous outdoor space

This house had everything we needed for our group of 6 adults and 5 kids with ages ranging from 9-17. The outdoor space was fantastic and we enjoyed the game room. The house was well taken care of and spacious. The only slight negative with the location was the very busy public beach access, but overall we would definitely rent again without question.

Wonderful Stay!

The property was perfect for our family reunion. Plenty of room inside plus lovely outdoor space. The beach access was a short walk and very convenient. The owners were very thoughtful with well appointed amenities through out the home and patio. We could not have asked for anything more! This house and property are absolutely beautiful. The owners did an incredible job when building this new property. Beach vacation on 30A

This vacation home is a high-end home, complete with beautiful furnishings. It is a very short walk to the beach with a shaded walkway. Super location, close to Seagrove, Seaside and Rosemary. The pool, hot tub, and backyard were wonderful. Also, the house is stocked with everything you need and all of the beds were very comfortable with soft, comfortable sheets and blankets. Owners were great at communication! We loved staying here and will be back!
