This four level 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom deluxe townhome features an open living area with an additional den/family room. Townhouses are only four blocks to the Silver Queen Gondola and two blocks to downtown Aspen. The top-floor primary suite features a King-size bed, a walk-in closet, flat screen TV and window AC unit for the summer. The master bathroom features double vanities, a steam shower and jetted tub, and a steamer/heat lamp. The second floor living area features a family room/den and a powder room. The main living area has a sectional sofa, wood-burning fireplace, flat screen TV, a window sitting area, a formal dining area that seats eight people, deck with a large back yard and a grill and a portable AC unit. The ground floor features two bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom with a shower and a heat lamp. Bedding is queen (2nd guest) and two full beds (3rd guest). There is also a spacious mud/entry area and a full laundry room with a washer, dryer and basin. The basement-level features the large suite, which has it's own entry and bathroom with marble countertops, a steam shower, dual vanities, and a jetted tub. The guest bathroom also features a flat screen TV and DVD player, and a full-size pullout sofa that can accommodate a guest, for a total of 8.

Main Guest: Within 24 hours of your booking acceptance, please provide the name of the main guest. If not received in time, we’ll use the name from your booking platform. Please note: once issued, we can’t change the Guest Certificate.

No Refunds, No Worries: Just a heads up, after accepting your booking, we cannot issue refunds or credits. We appreciate your understanding!

Age Policy: The main guest needs to be at least 21 years old to register at our resort.

Stay Your Way: Our standard rentals run from Fri-Fri, Sat-Sat, or Sun-Sun. Looking for something a bit longer? We might have options, though rates could be higher for extended stays.
