Why they chose this property
Downtown is in the heart of Miami. It is close to the most famous and well-known areas. It is very close to the beach, wynwood, midtown, where the most popular attractions are. And of course, there are wonderful food spots EVERYWHERE!
What makes this property unique
My unit has been remodeled to give a cozy feel and a retro vibe in the living room. the bedroom feel is like being in heaven and the kitchen is still in the works! The kitchen will have a waterfall countertop with new counter and appliances by January 1st!
The bathrooms have spa feels and the kitchen has EVERYTHING needed to cook, make great coffee/tea!
