The updated kitchen is fully equipped, including kid-friendly essentials like plates, bowls, cups, and a high chair.

Upstairs, you'll find another king bedroom with a desk and a dedicated kids' bunk and playroom, which includes a pack-n-play, a 50-inch Roku TV, a kids' couch, and a selection of toys for play. A second full bath with a walk-in shower is conveniently located at the top of the stairs.

What makes my property unique is its perfect balance of size and comfort. It’s small enough to feel cozy for an individual or a couple, yet spacious enough for two families to enjoy together. I put a lot of thought into furnishing it with premium furniture and offering amenities that I would personally appreciate if I were staying here.
