Cozy 2-bedroom villa close to Coligny!
Just a 3 minute drive to Coligny Plaza and Beach, enjoy what this 2-bedroom condo has to offer. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 offers a queen bed with a twin trundle. Recently renovated with luxury vinyl plank flooring, new stainless steel appliances and equipped with WiFi, AC, and heating. Located next to community pool and coin laundry. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make amazing meals. Open balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail, enjoying the peace and quiet. Our cozy villa is located on the third floor of the building with no elevator, so keep that in mind!

4 beach chairs
Beach umbrella with umbrella spike
3 tennis racquets and tennis balls
Various board and card games, plus puzzles and both adult and children's books
