Cheerful home with beautiful large yard centrally located!
Our 4-bedroom home is fully equipped with everything you need to cook or grill, two master bedrooms, two living areas, as well as a large newly landscaped backyard! The neighborhood is quiet and easily accessible from multiple freeways. We are centrally located in Rocklin just 20 minutes outside of Sacramento, and only an hour from the snow! We are two miles from Sunsplash and the Gallery Mall. Only 4 miles to Top Golf and about 7 miles to Thunder Valley Casino! Also, you could walk or ride your bike about a mile to the Quarry Park! Neighborhood Walmart is about half a mile away with all your grocery needs! We also have a beautiful neighborhood park with two playgrounds, a basketball court and a half mile walking loop located at the end of our court! If the schedule allows, we do offer an early check-in or late check out for a $60 fee. Please let us know ASAP if this is something you are interested in so we can do our best to accommodate.

About the host

This is a family home that my husband and I truly enjoy hosting. We previously were raising our children in this home until we decided to move into a bigger house as our family grew. We have seven children and take much pride in our home.
Why they chose this property
Our neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We have a beautiful large park at the end of our court, that is great for spending time with family or walking your dog.
What makes this property unique
Our house is the only two-story home in the original part of the block. The home was owned by the builder of the community who added a second story on for his daughter. He also converted half of the garage into a bonus room!
