Due to Maui’s rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

KHV 33--Kahana Village Oceanfront was AMAZING!

Wow...what a stay we had at Kahana Village KHV33. This particular unit was such a treasure as it boasted beautiful oceanfront views. The mornings on the balcony was a great place to start the day.The unit was well equipped for our needs. The kitchen is immaculate, as is the rest of the condo and the beds and linens were so comfy. I could tell the owners chose the higher end linens for their guests and it was much appreciated! All the decor was so lovely and welcoming inside.The grounds of this complex are gorgeous. It was very quiet when we were there (we went the week before Christmas), so the beach out front, the ocean-side BBQ's and pool area were so peaceful. We could sit and watch the sunsets, play frisbee and watch the turtles to our hearts content. We loved this area of the island...close to so much, and the tips and tricks provided by the owners made our trip really special. We went up to Kapalua a few times and it never disappointed.We are definitely coming back...and not staying anywhere else. This is going to be our new go-to unit to stay.
