Our Large, Bright, Cheerful two story Condo is located in the famous Arnold Palmer section of PGA WEST, with 24 hr. guard/gated.

THIS IS THE LARGEST OF THE 2 BEDROOMS IN The Exclusive Green's ARNOLD PALMER SECTION. We are the first gate into this development. Easy in, Easy out!
'The Western Home of Golf in America.' The nearby Santa Rosa Mountains will mesmerize you with their beauty, especially at night when they are bathed with flood lights, which you can see from our condo. I'm certain few places in the world offer anything like this nighttime spectacle.

A gorgeous multi-level lake with waterfalls, palm trees, flowers, and spectacular pool and spa areas awaits you.
From your second story back master bedroom you can sit and relax and enjoy the serene lake view setting below, with palm trees and mountains in the background.

From the front master bedroom the mountain view is incredible during the day, and at night when they are lit up.
PGA WEST is about golf and relaxation. It's about restoring you to a happy and relaxed feeling of well being! Also, there is great shopping, restaurants, sightseeing and many other things to do. Our condo is about enjoyment and tranquility.

he rear patio is beautiful with the lake making a very restful setting, and the waterfall adding a wonderful serenity to the area.
Golf Courses are all around you, but you won't be bothered with golfers walking in front of you all the time since we're by the lake

Many new amenities, including a brand new air conditioning system, 3 new HD TV's (family room and both bedrooms). new microwave, new dishwasher, new window treatments, new ceiling lights, and a fully stocked kitchen! New garage door and opener with latest equipment. I am always buying new things to make it even better.
I just added baseboards throughout, giving the home a feeling of elegance and a finished look.

My condo is kept very clean.

This wonderful retreat will feel like a second home, not just a vacation rental. All the comforts of home, but with a new and exciting location.

Great 2 bed location

The east facing unit is bright and airy located on a beautiful lake with a waterfall. Morning sun and afternoon shade make for a pleasant experience on the patio. There is plenty of space in the unit with large rooms. Large closets with lots of hangers is a plus. The kitchen is very well stocked; the best I've experienced in any rental. Susan was a delight to work with and was very responsive to every question. Cleanliness was rated lower as we arrived early and housecleaners were rushed, so a little spot cleaning was needed. Overall, we had a very good experience.

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Susan was very helpful and easily contactable. The location of this unit is excellent PGA West is beautiful and La Quinta just a short drive away. 2 beautiful terraces and steps away from the heated pool, one of many. Lake view so not disturbed by early morning golfers.

Love this place

This property is surrounded by the beautiful mountains, fairways and well maintained property at PGA West, Arnold Palmer. The place had everything we needed for our two month stay. The owner is amazing. We can’t wait to get back next year!

Spectacular views in the Coachella Valley

This property is located in PGA West. This area offers many heated pools and spas within walking distance. The mountain and lake views from this property are awesome. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhoods daily and seeing the Bighorn Sheep that came down daily to eat . Truly a magical place !! Easy to get to grocery shopping and we only wish that we could have frequented the many great restaurants in the La Quinta area. This was not the case during our stay because of COVID 19. Beautiful weather and beautiful scenery. We were so impressed with this area.

Golf, Sea, and Mountains

Susan is great to work with and very responsive. The scenery is second to none. Mountains on one side and the Lake with waterfalls on the other. Awesome! PGA West is amazing. I have never seen a better maintained golf course. The people are all so friendly, it's like another world behind the gates.

Better than expected

No negative surprises. Condo was as pictured. Comfy beds. The landscaping around the neighborhood was beautiful. We had a quiet and peaceful time. 2 pools were steps away and we were the only ones to use the pool directly across the street. It was nice to walk the golf course paths in the evening. Would recommend.

The house was as advertised. We rented this property as a second house for a family reunion, so we only used it for sleeping and did not use other amenities. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable.
