Front porch offers a shaded place for afternoon drinks and relaxation while enjoying the Sea Breeze. A fully equipped gourmet Kitchen complete with everything you need to prepare family meals. Countertop appliances include Bagel toaster, Toaster Oven, Blender, Microwave, Coffee Makers cup and drip styles, fridge / filtered water & ice through the door and Dishwasher. A large family room / big screen TV & surround sound, DVD and Gas FP.. Full dining table, Bar or Cafe style seating for meals. In Garage a second fridge w/ice, Pool Table, yard and beach games and various sized bikes for guest use. The neighborhood is perfect for biking, walking or jogging.
