Lease foolow all the rules of the condominium otherwise you will face the penalties. DO NOT break/spoil/lose anything inside the apartment or the decoration or keys, opposite will lead to the deduction from the deposit for the repair of what was broken.
DO NOT smoke inside the apartment, that will lead to a fine of 2000 THB, if there will be any smell of smoking. Furniture moving is prohibited.
