The guest are more than welcome to use the entire home. Some parts of the house have some personal items of the owner and it would be greatly appreciated if they could stay where found.

Guests will have access to the entire property via keyless entry
The blinds and window shades are operated by an app. All windows are hurricane proof and the glass is made so during the day no-one can see inside. Windows and sliding doors in the bedrooms without window shades have blackout drapes.

- Pets allowed pet owners discretion along with a $100 fee for the entire stay
