-Focus on Comfort and Cleanliness. A quiet space with great views, motorized recliner, and every coffee option- K-Cup, Drip, French Press, and Nespresso (Nespresso is BYO). Deep Cleaning and Mattress toppers for an extra layer of clean comfort.

-Living room has a 65" 4k TV and motorized recliner. Perfect for rainy days and lazy nights.
-Kitchen is fully fitted to accommodate long term stays. Go ahead, bake a cake!
-Has machines for all coffee options. Drip, K-Cup, French Press, and Nespresso Vertuo. Ground coffee is provided, Nespresso Pods are BYO.
-Bathrooms have body wash, shampoo, hand soap, and towels.
-Fully motorized standing desk. Perfect for a short term business rental as the 2nd bedroom acts as an office.
-Thoughtful placements of needed items throughout the apartment.

Cleanliness = Comfort, that is my belief. In addition to the regular service you would expect I go above by:
-Having a mattress protector underneath sheets that are washed after every use.
-Replacing the interior shower curtain when needed
-Replacing all filters every 3 months. This includes the HVAC, Air purifier, Refrigerator and Brita.
-Cleaning all appliances every 3 months.

Quality stay

Property was as expected from listing. Only one small issue and that was getting into the building for the first time, once in the building it was easy to access during the stay with the key fobs provided for access and parking. Very nice building located within walking distance of everything downtown Des Moines had to offer.
