This unit is also for sale. When the unit sells, the current owner plans on putting in the real estate contract that all reservations will remain in place. we are only the Rental Management company though and so can not guarantee it. If the unit sells, and the new owner did not honor reservations, you would get a full refund.

This property is being offered to rent by Beaches of South Walton Vacations - a rental management company managing vacation rentals in Seagrove Beach Florida for 17 years. After your Reservation Request is accepted your dates will be secure, and you will receive a call closer to your arrival date. The person that pays for the reservation is also required to sign and return a Reservation Confirmation form that will be emailed after we speak to that person.

The name of this unit is As You Wish, and it is located at Beachside Condos in Seagrove Beach Florida between Seaside Resort and Seacrest Beach. This condo is on second floor. The condo has a gulf view from the balcony. There is also a community pool for guests to enjoy.

A minimum age of 25 is required to rent and stay at the property. Children visiting with their parents are welcome. The maximum number of people that may occupy the unit including adults and children is four. The owners prefer a maximum of 2 children in the unit unless a 3rd child is under 5. Pets or smoking are not allowed at the property. Parking for 1 vehicle only. Trailers of any kind, boats, or RV's are strictly prohibited.

A damage deposit is not charged in advance, and it is not required to purchase Damage Protection Insurance that would cost extra, however, it is required that a valid MasterCard or Visa card be held at the Beaches of South Walton Vacations rental management office to have for any damage should it occur during your stay at the property. This is required even if you choose to purchase Damage Protection Insurance that is offered to you from the Vrbo advertising site. The actual physical card is not needed.

Full payment is required when booking through the Vrbo advertising site. You can elect to buy travel insurance. If you do not buy travel insurance through the Vrbo advertising site, the phone number and Website to the travel insurance company can be provided to you later if you would like. Please keep in mind that the insurance company might not sell insurance within 30 days of an arrival date. You will need to check with them about that and for pricing. If you buy travel insurance, the insurance company can sometimes reimburse you for monies lost should you need to cancel for an emergency within 60 days of the arrival date.
