5 BR 2.5 Bath Modern Retreat - Great for Families & Groups

Welcome to our very spacious and centrally located home close to everything in the Bloomington/Normal area! This home has 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and can accommodate up to 10 guests. There is also a nice office and outdoor enclosed patio for you to enjoy.

With 4 bedrooms furnished with queen beds and the master bedroom furnished with a king bed, there's plenty of space to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests! There are also 2.5 baths, one being attached to the master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances and many amenities with plenty of space for multiple people to cook at the same time. Off of the kitchen, there is a large dining area that seats up to 8 guests, with additional seating at the kitchen island. The living room is spacious and furnished with a large couch and two chairs. There is an additional family room downstairs with another large couch, a love seat, and two chairs.

EARLY CHECK-IN REQUEST: Please message us before check-in date. Availability depends on whether we have a same day check out and our cleaners' schedule. Additional fees may apply based on the time requested

Great stay in Bloomington!

We had a great three-night stay in Bloomington. The house was great for our needs and very clean. The beds were comfortable and lots of room to spread out and enjoy our family time.

Celebration of life stay

We chose this property because it was only 10 minutes from our family for a celebration of life event over a weekend. Nice to have a washer and dryer on site. Unfortunately, it was so cold and there was really no heat in the lower level so we were unable to use Two bedrooms and a half a bath downstairs including a very nice family room with a large TV. It also may have been nice if the managing owners would’ve told us how to use the hot water in the master bathroom shower. We didn’t think we had any hot water and we had to share showers the first day. The communication with the property management was fine.

Bloomington stay

The house was clean & had plenty of bedrooms. The downsides- small shower in the master, bath tub drain in hallway needs to be cleaned out because the water wouldn’t drain, and the we couldn’t stream (difficulty with Vizio). The beds were super cozy.

I could tell that we were the first people to stay her. It was a beautiful property and staged beautiful. But there are a lot of things that needed to be addressed. I have informed the host so that the next group will not have to go through the growing pains.
