This beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing family meals, a dining area, a main living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, smart TV, and private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, a smart TV, and balcony access. A second bedroom with a queen size bed, a smart TV, and access to the hallway bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit!

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Very clean & enjoyable

We stayed in March 2025 for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. Everything was extremely clean. The condo was well stocked, there were beach towels available and having a washer & dryer was great. Would highly recommend.

Great clean room

Room was great, clean and updated. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels. Pool area a little small if you have kids but we spent all our time at the beach

Aside from some construction noise and a few areas being closed, the condo was beautiful and clean. The beach service was amazing and what a great location.

Wonderful condo!

We’ve stayed at island princess several times! We love the property and enjoy coming back each year! This particular unit we stayed in this time was clean, comfortable and well decorated! Well stocked with towels and pots/pans, silverware… all the things! Master bed is very comfortable! The kids said the twin beds were just okay.

Wonderful Condo With A Beautiful View

This property is very well maintained and was very clean. Beautifully furnished property - not outdated. Included everything you need from extra towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies to last you through a week stay easily. Would recommend this property and management. Both were top notch!

Perfect size condo for our family.

Very nice condo with great views. Beautifully decorated. Kitchen was stocked really nice along with laundry detergent. Was nice to have the beach service as well, but wished there was more than one beach chair in the condo, wish there was at least 2 beach chairs at condo. Overall really nice condo, will rent again.

Loved the condo, it was super clean and cozy. Loved the ocean front bedroom, the bed was comfortable. I do prefer to stay at smaller complexes, but the Island Princess is very nice, but a bit too many people for us. Had great weather, great beaches, gorgeous water!! Island Princess Condo 311, Ft Walton Beach

Almost totallly perfect!!! The king bed in the master bedroom sags in the middle and the sheets do not stay on the bed. Also the television in the living room area does not have a remote that works. At first we could only access hunting channels. Then we found ION. Needs to be fixed. It is not the battery.

Great place

We loved the condo. It's roomy and beautifully appointed. The view is straight on the gulf and the sunsets were gorgeous. If families having fun together bothers you be aware it's above the pool. The beaches in Fort Walton Beach are unsurpassed anywhere I have ever traveled! Make sure and go to the Local Market for muffaletta sandwiches. Only drawback--the building badly needs signs that point to the stairs, especially to the staircase that will go all the way to the top floor as one only goes to floor 4.

This property was amazing and made our stay very enjoyable. Very clean and every amenity available.

This is a gorgeous property that is perfect in every way. Very clean and well appointed. Gorgeous ocean views. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable beds and furnishings. Every item we needed was at our fingertips. It was great to be able to eat in sometimes, the kitchen had everything we needed. The condo even had beach towels and a boogie board to play in the ocean waves. Loved being steps away from the ocean. The balcony was a great place to eat meals and sit and relax. The ocean breeze and sound of the waves at night were amazing. I really am beyond pleased with our stay. The building felt safe and the pool and hot tub were also nice. We will be back!!

Wedding Venue search

All was great except Cable wasn’t working properly and it was a big Sunday for golf on Sunday. So we left to watch TV at a local restaurant. Our plans to cook and eat at condo changed. Disappointing. Rental company tried to reach cable company but they were t available to come do service the day we departed 👎. Overall a nice place.
