Cruise the slopes - our home is within 50+/- mins of skiing!
PLUS, we offer personalized shamanic energy healing sessions & retreats! Message us if you'd like to add a healing session to your stay or to book a personalized healing retreat!
Our lakefront barrel sauna and beautiful stonework elegantly complement the landscape and elevates an already incredible vacation destination! If you are into spirituality, personal growth, and the healing power of nature, you've found your home away from home!
THE MAGIC OF THE LAKE: You'll love the incredible views of water and sunrise and sunsets! The lake is great for canoeing and kayaking (both provided) as motorized boats are not allowed, and the lake is only accessible to people who live on the lake. Launch off of our private dock in one of our kayaks, canoes, or paddle board right from the property. The lake doesn't have a sandy bottom, and you can wade in, but it is a bit muddy and is not the most ideal for swimming. There is a town beach within a 6-minute drive.
HEALING ADD ONS: If you are interested in elevating your stay, we offer add-on personalized shamanic energy healing sessions from 1 hour up to multi-day retreats! Send us a message to inquire about how to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. We can host your healing session right at the lake house, or in our local healing studio in Essex, VT. (Just a 20-minute drive from this magical lake house.)

The entire house & yard is private and for your use during your stay.
HOST AVAILABILITY: We are local and available via messaging, but our goal is to give you privacy while you enjoy your stay.
LOCATION: The entire house & yard is private and for your use during your stay. This home is located in a friendly rural neighborhood surrounding Sunset Lake in Hinesburg, VT. You'll love how this house is situated and will enjoy the 180+ degree view and lake frontage.

If you'd like to go for a walk, feel free to do so, please do stay on the roads and do not wander onto people's property.
PARKING: Outdoor parking for a maximum of 3 cars. Please note that all parking is outdoors and there is limited space. Please pull all cars as close to the house as possible (while not parking on any of the stonework) and please ensure that you are not parking in the neighbors section of the driveway. You'll want to pull all vehicles past the row of trees next to the garbage cans. For this location having a vehicle is ideal, unless you plan to chill at the Lakehouse and don't want to explore the local gems : )
DRIVING IN VERMONT: **Please note that the property is accessible by a well-maintained private dirt road. AWD and snow tires are required in the winter. Please also note that there is not the ability to park your car in the garage during your stay.

TRAVELING IN THE WINTERTIME: ❄️❄️ If you are visiting in the winter please be aware that winter weather can be tricky to drive in and can be unpredictable. Please be prepared for winter traveling with all wheel drive and experience driving in the snow. The driveway and dirt road to the house is maintained by a local plow company but there are occasions when the snow may not be completed removed and on the dirt road, it is common in the winter for the snow to be packed on the road. There is a shovel at the property and if you end up needing a tow, my fav local company is Central Service Towing & Recovery in Williston. ❄️❄️

Outstanding, beautiful lake house

We LOVED this stay. It is one of our favorite places we have stayed through VRBO. The description is accurate, the space feels AMAZING and warm and cozy, and Ash is an excellent communicator and attentive host. We highly recommend the sauna - what a treat, right on the lake. We will hopefully be back!

A lovely get-away

We were there at Christmas, visitng from the South, and the frozen, snow-covered lake plus the beautifully snow-clad trees made for a magical setting. The house was snug and cozy, with great views and pleasingly easy access despite the snow (they plowed while we were there!) We might well come again!
