Have the retreat you have been looking for. Do you need to unwind, relax with a partner or reunite with family? If so, you will love Waterfront Haven. Enjoy this special piece of Nassau that is so close to the city, but so far away!

Waterfront Haven boasts 100 feet of Oceanfront. Our newly built home features truly relaxing accommodations. We have everything that will ensure you feel at home when cooking or lounging. This is the perfect spot for couples or families! Pull up a lounge chair and just lay in the ocean breeze. Take a nap, read a book, dive in! You can do anything at home! Our property is continuously maintained to ensure that you enjoy the best facilities we can offer. Take a break from a harsh winter or a bustling city here!

Step down beside our porch and enter the blue ocean. If this is not your swimming preference, refresh yourself in our pool or take a few steps east to a neighboring beach. Our property has gates in the front and back that ensure the privacy of you and your vehicle. We have adequate lighting outside for evening dinners or lounging as well. Want to fish or grill? Go for it!

Indulge in our brand new kitchen! We include appliances that make your stay convenient. There is lots of cupboard and pantry space! Our bedrooms each host new queen-sized beds and finishes that add to your comfort. Walk barefoot on our wooden floors and out to your private balcony to overlook the ocean. Shower in our conveniently located bathrooms on both floors. Linens and towels are provided as well as washing facilities. Traveling with kids? No problem, we have sand toys, board games, snorkel equipment, a high chair, Pack & Play, and even a kiddie bed to accommodate your children. Group breakfasts at the kitchen counter or dining tables are easily accommodated. Come alone, or bring your family!

Feel the ocean breeze through one of our three glass doors that open directly onto our back patio. The ocean washes right up against it. You are free to lounge, grill, dine or tan with all the space out here. Locked away at the back of the property it is perfectly safe for you and your family.

Beautiful view
The house is huge and the views are amazing. It is a little off the beaten path for convenience of getting places if you don’t have a car. The grocery store is a 20 minute walk each way. We pretty much didn’t see a reason to leave because we had everything we needed on the property. The snorkeling to the right of the house is amazing!! Bring your own gear because the house stuff is all broken.

From the host to the house the whole experience was amazing, I would definitely recommend staying here. Being able to jump right off the back and snorkel in the water or just hang out and catch some sun privately was so nice. The area is very quiet and going to bed you can listen to the ocean as you fall asleep. Tiffany was amazing, she was more than helpful with anything needed, especially when our flight had to come in a day early. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful stay/wonderful location
We loved Tiffany's place! This was perfect for our 2 families - 7 people total. The kitchen/living room/dining area is huge! The bedrooms are so spacious and there are several bathrooms within the home. I wish the kitchen had been more stocked with wash clothes/towels and a few extra cooking items. The ocean view is gorgeous! The picnic table on the patio was in desperate need of repair which I wish had been completed especially with small children. Tiffany is excellent at communicating. Be prepared to contact her while on wifi at the airport in order to have her meet you at the home.

Amazing Home Away from Home
From the minute we arrived we felt welcomed by Tiffany. The house was perfect. There were 7 in our group adults and children. We all had our own space and never felt crowded. The view from this house was breathtaking. You could jump in the ocean right from the back deck. The pool was great for the kids. We felt very safe staying here. Thank you Tiffany for allowing us to use your beautiful place for our home away from home while we explored the Bahamas.

The house was amazing! It is larger than the pictures showed. The property owner was great, checked in after check-in and gave us great suggestions on restaurants and some excursions. You can swim safely in the ocean right off the pier in the back and the pool was super clean. Just a great experience! Planning another stay next year, 2026.

The BEST vacation ive ever taken
This home is beautiful and the ocean is your backyard. We spent most of our days soaking in the sun on the deck(s) and alternating between dips in the very private ocean and the pool.We cooked every night in the giant, well appointed kitchen and watched the sun rise and set from the deck. Truly the perfect vacation home. Cannot wait to go back! Tiffany was amazing, communicative and so kind. T The only bit of feedback i have is that it would have been great to have tables with umbrellas on the patio. It gets pretty hot out there in the sun.Thank you so much Tiffany!! We will absolutely be backaappointed

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Absolutely breathtaking villa in Nassau on the Atlantic Ocean! The views were mesmerizing, and the villa itself was stunningly maintained, with every amenity needed for a perfect stay. The location made it easy to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the Bahamas. Our host, Tiffany, was beyond exceptional—helpful, intelligent, and incredibly respectful of our space and time. She provided great local tips and was always available when we needed her, which made our experience even better. I can’t wait to return! This villa has become my go-to retreat, and I’ll definitely be back again and again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a little slice of paradise with an outstanding host!

Tiffany was an awesome host. The place was beautiful, stocked with everything you need. Beautiful views all the time, very relaxing and spacious. Tiffany recommended Kurt as our driver. Kurt took us everywhere, very nice, knowledgeable and caring. We had a blast because of him. I would recommend Kurt and his lovely wife.

Great Stay
The house is bigger than expected, lots of room. The kitchen has everything, the bedrooms are ample, the wifi works speedily & flawlessly. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The view is magnificent. The pool is clean, 5ft & 6ft deep. There are 3 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, washer/ dryer room, and the communication was superb. Don’t hesitate, this is your rental.

A little piece of Paradise
Waterfront Haven is literally that. Tiffany greeted us with a smile and true island hospitality! Several days we opted to stay at the house rather than explore or head to the beach. It was a perfect spot for peace and tranquility. The lower seawall was an unexpected treasure - there is a ladder to go into the ocean (water shoes are a must but there are lots already at the property) and at high tide we sat down and let the ocean come to us. The warm ocean waves splashing against us were refreshing, relaxing and fun! When the water was still, it was like we were at an aquarium - graceful and beautiful stingrays, multi-coloured fish, a pufferfish, starfish and even a turtle swam by! The accommodations were fabulous and so many bathrooms! We felt secure and private the entire time we were there. If you need a driver, Captain Kirk is your guy, we can't say enough about him and his kindness! We hope to come back soon!

My family and I had an amazing stay! The house was above and beyond what we expected. Tiffany was so informative before we even arrived and once we arrived. She was super responsive and helped us fix a gate issue very promptly. The view from the balconies and the back deck were gorgeous.

A great place for a family holiday
This was a wonderful holiday home. We had a large family group of eight and were very comfortable. We loved the direct ocean access - a little drive from some parts of the island but at the same time not touristy. The house was well stocked with everything we needed including baby things )high chair, crib etc) we felt it was a safe location and we’re glad to see the security precautions available. Highly recommend this spot!

Came with family for 7 fun filled days to celebrate my husband 60th birthday, what a blast…Tiffany was excellent and the home was very nice and comfortable with gorgeous views. Our entire stay was the week of a full moon, break taking on the water. If you get a chance right down the road is The Pink Octopus Restaurant which is great.. We didn’t snorkel due to construction in the rear of home but we did get a chance to fish (for fun) from rear patio area which was fun. The pool was enjoyable but small. Definitely coming back

We loved our stay with here. As a family of 4 with two small children we enjoyed the large space kitchen (by the way 😉 please check the cabinets before you go grocery shopping). The living room & dinning space is so spacious. We loved waking up looking upon the ocean 🌊 it's truly an haven on the ocean/beach. We took a short 7-8 minute walk to the beach ⛱️ ( there are some stray dogs 🐕 but we made it safely with no issues). Tiffany was always a call a way if we ever needed any assistance. We used Kirk to drive us around & he showed us all the great spots on the island. We can't stop telling our family and friends about our trip. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home for your vacation spot in the near future. You will be safe and sound in this gated community

This was a family Oasis!
My family absolutely loved this property. It was exactly as described and the host was responsive. The only drawbacks was the lack of AAA batteries for remotes and the blind spots near the driveway for saftey purposes. I suggest a mirror near the gate on the left sode of the house. Besides that, everything was perfect. Thank you for having us!

Family trip 2023
We were looking for a more economical way to visit the Bahamas and boy did we hit the lottery with this beautiful home. Communication with the owner was effortless. Tiffany was there to greet us upon arrival and made sure to make us feel right at home. The property is roomy and clean. The views from the home are breathtaking! We spent a few memorable nights at the house playing cards, swimming in the pool, watching the tide and dipping our feet in the ocean. During the afternoons, we snorkeled right out back, (water shoes are a must)! The ability to grill and cook some meals at the house was perfect for our group of 9. The house is a bit far from the touristy areas so we hired a driver to help us navigate the island. Without him and his wife, we would've been lost! We hope to have the ability to come back and enjoy beautiful Bahamas again soon!

If I could give six or seven stars, these are the categories that are deserving: Fifteen stars: Communications with host Eight stars: Location Eight stars: Everything as promised and exceeded expectations The rest definitely deserved 5 star ratings. Tiffany was the most accommodating host. She gave us preferential treatment (she may hate I say this because everyone may expect it). Her communication was timely, and she actually meets you at the property to ensure it meets expectations. There are no restaurants nearby, but No worries the kitchen is well stocked and drive to downtown Nassau is less than 20 minutes. Grocery store is 3 minutes drive. Snorkeling and fishing right off your private sea wall is awesome!! I will stay here again.

Oceanside retreat
Amazing, clean property with lots of room to spread out and enjoy! We travelled as a family with a group of 7 and had more than enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate our stay. The ocean view was amazing, a little tough to get in and out of the ocean due to the surf and tides and the lower ledge being a little slick from algae. The pool was great and well utilized during our stay. The house is about 15 minutes from the cruise ship area and shops but a very easy drive! Thank you, Tiffany, for your hospitality!!

The only disappointment was the ability to get in the surf. Even on the calmest day, it was impossible to get in and even more difficult to get out. I really thought I wasn’t going to have to move because I was going to have the best of both worlds; the beach/ocean and pool, and we had to travel to get to a beach. I didn’t use the pool much because the filtration was questionable. The house was plenty big to accommodate our group, the hosts were very nice and accommodating, and the very best feature was the recommendation to use Kirk Benaby for our driver, tour, guide, personal assistant.

We chose this piece of the rock because it was close to our home and far away from the bustle of the inner city that we work in daily. We knew this would be something special.

Why Waterfront Haven? Because its our home! Really! Our bedrooms are spacious and relaxing and WiFi, Cable television and phone line keep you connected to the world. To put the icing on the cake, we offer all of this in a private, oceanfront property on the coast of Nassau that is a short drive to anywhere else you need to go. This is the life we love! Come and snorkel, or relax the way we do it.

What makes this property unique

What makes this house unique? We were excited about obtaining this little piece of heaven and quickly built on it as a second home for ourselves. We love the ocean breeze and and the tranquility of it all. We live very busy lives so just having this as a getaway available to us has been inspiring. Our favourite spot downstairs in the lounge with the doors open onto our patio! The breeze is wonderful. We also fish when we can! The ocean view is something we are excited to share with you! This home represents family togetherness and tranquility to us; we humbly extend this to you!
