Horrible Unsanitary Unsafe.

I am extremely disappointed with this property, as it was drastically different from what was shown online. The experience was very unsettling, and I believe it was completely misleading. The entry was through a narrow, poorly lit path between two large trash cans, and the entry door itself was problematic. The bottom lock wouldn’t latch, the automatic deadbolt was malfunctioning, and the missing strike plate made it feel insecure. I even had to place the couch in front of the door for a semblance of security. Upon entering, I was met with a terrible odor, reminiscent of urine. The windows in the living area were left open, and the cleanliness was shocking: dead roaches, mouse droppings on the counter and stove, spider webs and spiders throughout. In the bathroom, there were concerning stains on the walls, possibly blood, and the shower door was barely functional, coming off its guide rail. Both the shower heads were clogged, and the air vents were rusted and moldy. I even had to buy air fresheners to help mask the horrible odor. The bedroom, which seems to have been a converted garage, smelled extremely foul. The bedding provided was in such poor condition—stained, with a terrible odor—that we had to bring in our own bedding just to feel a bit cleaner and more comfortable. The overall lack of cleanliness and maintenance was unacceptable—roach droppings, stains, and signs of poor past pest control were everywhere. This property felt unsafe, unsanitary, and was far from what
