Large primary bedroom with private bathroom & king bed. 2nd bedroom with double bed and 3rd bedroom w/ 2 single beds and a bunk bed.
The Space:
This comfortable home is the perfect vacation rental for family getaways. This property is fully fenced with off street parking!!
Guest Access:
Our representative will meet guests upon arrival and go over the property and answer any questions they may have about Aruba and the surrounding area.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in Palm Beach, not far from the high rise hotels, dining, casinos, and night life. The neighborhood is a mix of local homes and vacation rentals with a local feel.
Getting Around:
This home is located in the neighborhood of Palm Beach. It is 1/2 mile due east of the high rise hotel area a car is recommended
Other Things to Note:
Pricing is in USD, based on nightly rates for up to 6 guests excluding local taxes and service fees.
The home includes use of beach chairs, beach cooler and beach towels.
Pack n plays and high chairs are limited and only available on a first come, first served basis. Please mention it when you make your reservation so that we can meet your need.
Please be advised that parties are not permitted at this property, the home is exclusively for the enjoyment of registered guests.
Refundable Security deposits are collected on all reservations, except Airbnb. VRBO reservations will be collected with their payment and refunded to the credit card on file post departure/ inspections. Video and pictures are taken for transparency & the protection of both guest and homeowner
