I have lived in Utah for over four years and love all of the hiking and skiing it has to offer! I enjoy exploring new hikes, going on walks around the lake, and sledding with friends in the wintertime. I am passionate about interior decor so I love adding personal touches to the home with unique decor pieces.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is very safe and friendly. The house is close to everything and does not have backyard neighbors, making it feel secluded in the city. I fell in love with the wraparound deck and the exposed beams in the living room.
What makes this property unique
The house has plenty of space to entertain. From two living rooms, to the theater room, to the fire pit out back-you will find everything you need! It feels secluded but yet is a great location in the city and close to everything. The open floor plan makes the place feel spacious even when there are children running around or adults all helping to prepare a big holiday meal!
