Hi there, I have lived in Bullhead City full time for 3 years and enjoyed vacationing here since 1978. Our home we currently live in was on VRBO for ten years as a rental home in between our visits. I also own a small business in town and love being active in our community. I enjoy walking and jogging along our beautiful Colorado River and enjoying our beautiful parks and scenery.
Why they chose this property
I love the Playa Del Rio neighborhood because of it’s proximity to Rotary park, the river and boat launch.
What makes this property unique
This is a one of a kind home with no neighbors in the back or to the right and picturesque views of the Colorado River and beautiful mountain ranges. The views offer serenity, such a peaceful place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or glass of wine while taking in the beautiful sunset.
