Quaint villa walking distance to Sea Palms Golf and Sago restaurant. Peaceful and secluded, but 10 minutes from all that Saint Simons Island has to offer - restaurants, golf, beach, kayaking and much more!! If you want to stay for more than 30 days, please message me before booking.

The villa has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and full bathroom. A queen sofa bed and couch can be used for additional guests, but we ask that the number of overnight guests be limited to 7. Pillows, linens and bath towels are provided for each guest. 4 beach towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap, and basic cleaning supplies are provided for guests to use.
The full kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, mixing bowls, silverware and place settings for 8 adults and 6 children. The fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink and there are adequate smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

About the host

I grew up in New Jersey and always loved visiting the Jersey Shore with my family. I moved to Worcester, MA for college and then Atlanta, GA for my master's degree in public health. I missed the beach and was able to move to Saint Simons Island a few years ago. Among my many hobbies, I enjoy the local events and walking the beach with my Australian Shepherd, Rosie. I enjoy sharing our little piece of paradise with visitors and adding personal touches to make them feel at home.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood has a lot of native trees and is peaceful while being central to anything on Saint Simons Island. We live 5 minutes away, so we can attend to guest's needs in a timely manner.
What makes this property unique
Our property has a lot of seating for guests wanting to spend time together when dinning or relaxing. However, there are separate entrances for each bedroom, if guests want to keep to themselves. We also do not charge a cleaning fee since we clean the place ourselves. We just ask that guests are respectful and keep the place tidy, so that excessive cleaning isn't necessary. We provide cleansing wipes, toilet brushes, laundry detergent, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, and dish soap for guests to use during their stay.
