T he cottage is a very private, furnished one bedroom studio located in southern Fairfax County. Studio is in a private building about 300 feet from primary residence and enjoys private parking. Perfect for remote work, the studio is located on five acres to enjoy a wide variety of wildlife including, deer, foxes, turkeys, raccoons, opossum, owls, falcons, eagles, etc. The studio is located in a safe and private neighborhood. Washer/dryer, wood stove, a/c, microwave, tabletop oven, griddle, etc. All utilities included, including private high-speed internet and two smart TV's. No extra charge for pets.
