1 Month Rental minimim. Available month includes Christmas and New Years. Available approximate dates : December 15 2025 to Janary 15th 2026. Private river front mountain home on a large lot with ski run views with onsite caregiver in adjacent apartment. Less than 2 miles driving from historic Main Street Breckenridge and on walking trail and free bus in the neighborhood. And only 5 minutes from Breckenridge Ski Resort, 20 minutes to Keystone and/or Copper Resort and 45 minutes to Vail. My modern mountain home comes fully appointed and has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, large decks, hot tub and patio with gas firepit with seaing. Easy flat driveway, surface only. Just 2 lots away is deeded walking/biking access that leads directly to Breckenridge. There is also a convenient bus stop at the entrance of our subdivision
