They tried to scam us

I booked this place for 6 kids and 4 adults when I'm booked this place the rules said that “gatherings, birthday parties, and even WEDDINGS were allowed” after i booked it and paid for it A DAY AFTER they changed the rules that no parties or uanything are allowed. (we still were not having a party) at night some extra people were showing up that we started kicking out immediately and we told the host that we are kicking them out then the day after they are trying to charge us for “throwing a party“ we never threw, and even if someone rented a place to throw a party and the rules say it’s allowed THEY CANT CHANGE THE RULES AFTER YOU PAY FOR IT THAT IS A SCAM, that is what they did to me and it is not okay! Also mentioning when we got there, the wifi was not working, the password the host gave us was not working, and the AC was broken it was super hot and they brought the technician to fix it while we were staying at this place. absolutely unacceptable I have never regretted a stay so much.
