Mid-High Floor at Tower 2 & sleeps up to 4 Guests. Both Bedroom + Living Room have TV! Each person has a bed: 2 x Full Beds in the Bedroom and 1 Full SofaBed + 1 Brand New Queen SofaBed (Sept 2022) in the Living room. Surrounded by peekaboo Oceans views seen from the lanai, living room and bedroom! Trash Room and Quarter/PayRange App Laundry Room is also located on same floor. Free WiFi, Free PARKING (max 6ft) included!

Aloha All Day at the Waikiki Banyan offers a beautiful accommodation for you to enjoy your vacation in paradise.
You’ll love the large open plan living room with 2 x sofas that turn to beds and a TV with Hawaiian Telcom’s 175 HD Advantage Cable TV Channels. Free Private WiFi access is available throughout the unit.
Unlike most Waikiki Banyan units with a living room/bedroom sliding door divider, there is an actual wall and closable door that separates the living room and bedroom.
The stunning bedroom comes with 2 x Full Beds as well as another TV, perfect to relax from your outdoor activities. Extra bedding is available, located in the closet along with storage space + hanger + iron for your clothes. Bedroom floors have also been upgraded to match the Living Room style. The big window provides lots of natural light and outside scenery with partial Ocean Views!
You can always prepare a meal and enjoy a homey feast with your loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for the needs of modern travelers, with kitchen island + counter stools, Brand New Stainless Refrigerator (Oct 2022), Electric Range and Oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Rice Cooker and many more!
The bathroom is accessed both through the living room and bathroom. There’s a big mirror on the vanity sink area with ample counter space. Hairdryer as well as initial toiletries, towel sets and beach towels are available! Bathtub has been recently reglazed (Sept 2022) and you can easily change to Shower mode by pulling the delta tub spout downwards.
The private lanai is perfect to enjoy your indoor time overlooking the incredible views with your friends, family and special ones.

One Free Parking stall (max height: 6 ft) is included inside the building's Parking garage from the 2nd to 5th floor. The building's Parking garage entrance has a sign posted indicating the maximum height limit of 6 feet, so please note that if your vehicle exceeds this height or is oversized, Parking is not permitted. Also, ensure that you park only within the boundaries of the assigned Parking stall.

The Association of Apartment Owners of the Waikiki Banyan will be renovating the recreation deck from April 7, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The entire recreation deck will be inaccessible, including the swimming pool, hot tubs, playground, and barbecue grills.
Work hours will be restricted to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Noise is expected. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
