We loved the layout and decor. Our 11 year old was thrilled with the cozy bunkbeads. We would definitely stay hear again.

Everything about the house was so well put together. The decor is so interesting and tastefully done. We had plenty of space with the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware to take care of any meals you might want to prepare. The parking was very convenient. We had a lovely time.
Quiet hours after 11:00 should be in the description. Our event ended late, so we tiptoed around and tried to be quiet. I’m picky and it was clean by my standards. Host was helpful in answering a couple of questions. Mattresses were not very comfortable but for one night it was ok.
The home was beautiful and well setup. The neighborhood wasn't great and some guy came banging on our door at 745 am because our kids were up and walking around and it woke him up as he was below us. He was told to bug off and went back below. We wouldn't stay there again.
Came here for one night and enjoyed this house very much! It’s an old charming home that is well decorated and very clean. I was warned by a couple friends from Knoxville that this was a bad neighborhood - I didn’t get that impression at all. It is just an old neighborhood with smaller homes. Only thing I would suggest more clarity on, is that there’s an “a & b” to this property. When we pulled in, there was another group tugging at the front door, but it turned out they were staying in the basement of the house that is around the.backside of the house. Not a big deal for us! Just concerned us when we pulled up and weren’t aware!
