What some of the guests do not love that much about my listing:

✔️ This townhome is part of a triplex so there are seasonal neighbors, although they are extremely respectful and quiet.
✔️ There is no dishwasher onsite, so you are required to hand wash your dishes.

Whether you just want to relax on your plush queen-sized bed, enjoy a meal in the outdoor gazebo, take a nap on the 6.5 ft. couch, or mix a drink at the indoor bar, this beach home has everything you need to enjoy your visit!

The home comfortably sleeps six people with two queen-sized beds and one queen air-mattress. All beds are complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

This is a one-story home and both bedrooms have two full, sparkling clean washrooms with showers, sinks, and toilets so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!

Complimentary WiFi, Netflix, tea, and coffee are provided as well. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery.

Once you stay here, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!

Guest access
You have full and total access to my home during your stay, including the driveway out front which can fit two cars. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in a fully-stocked kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to any of the amazing restaurants and shops in the area! The beach is only a three-minute walk away, and the street goes directly to a public access point!
Other things to note
Self-check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with an electronic lock at your private entrance to the townhome.

Please remember that you're staying in my home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Needs improvement

We arrived after dark and there are no exterior lights. I had to use my phone flashlight to see the door/lock to enter. I was sent the wrong address. Driving directions to 328 and the property was 326. I didn’t realize until several failed attempts trying to enter the door code. When we entered the property it smelled musty. Two of the vanity lights in bedroom one were burnt out.The tile in the shower had mold and needs replaced. Overall very disappointed.

This could have been so much more

This is a 2 bedroom each with a queen bed, en suite shower, bathroom. a fairly large kitchen and dining area. The check in process was painless. Since we were signed in and good to go, we had the door code and instructions. One note here. The night we arrived, it was very chilly, rainy and windy. The apartment was very cold and we could not find the thermostat and had to ask the manager. It ended up behind a very large fake plant. We moved the plant to access the temp. The kitchen was fairly well appointed with plates, cups, and glasses. Cooking items went mostly unused but we did have breakfast one morning and coffee each day. Now one thing about coffee. In this day and age with everyone enjoying different types of coffee, please spend the dollars and put in a Keurig! Also, I have never had a unit with Vrbo that did not have a dishwasher. We are on vacation and have absolutely no desire to was dishes like we are at home and the dishwasher is broken. We ended up buying cheap paper plates and red plastic cups for drinks. The bedrooms need help. Our bed was not comfortable and the tile floor seemed gritty on bare feet. I was wearing white socks and bottoms ended up very dirty in a short time. When we were checking out we stripped the bed which ended up in a shock. The mattress cover was turned over and badly stained. Our friends bed had a terrible dip in the middle and was super uncomfortable. This place could be wonderful with some updates.
