Quintessential Vermont Farmhouse located on the grounds of the stunning WINCHESTER STABLES in the lovely town of Newfane.

3 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 full baths, full kitchen, oversized Taos dining table, comfortable living room and dedicated work area! Enjoy your coffee on the front porch or take a walk down River Road.

A private tour of the Stables is available with one of the Winchester staff (subject to availability). Don't forget to visit our 2 goats, Buck and Blueberry! Feel Free to access the West River at our private beach area for relaxing or swimming. Hold Harmless Waiver must be signed before entering the Winchester Stables/West River area.
