The property is located by train tracks as well as a commuter train, which we heard during the night. You also are at the mercy of the neighbors on either side if they are noisy or not. It is convenient to be close to downtown Arvada however, so it’s a choice to make.
The little studio, as accurately described, is tiny. Like a hotel room but smaller, as the bathroom has room for a shower and toilet only; the sink is shared with kitchenette. FYI, there is a small closet but not roomy enough for a suitcase or clothing. It did have a nice little kitchenette to make coffee (supplied). They supplied a little standing heater as well to keep you comfortable.
The stay was economical.
