Come have an amazing experience in this 2 Bed/2 Bath Condo right in the Heart Of Old Town Scottsdale. You are so close to everything Old Town has to offer you don't even need a car. Walking distance to some of the top restaurants, bars, and shopping at Fashion Square Mall. The unit is located right next to the pool where you can take a dip after soaking up some of the beautiful AZ sunshine. Fully stocked kitchen for the traveler wanting to cook in and enjoy some peace and quite.

No loud parties or late night loud activity. Neighbors must be respected at all times.

Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly.

Absolutely no smoking in unit. $500 fine for any signs of smoking in unit or patio.

No local bookings without at least 3 5 star reviews or prior approval from host. License # 21458809

Was perfect for what we were doing(spring training) we could walk to old town if we wanted and or catch the giants shuttle was fun time !

March 13 -17 stay

When we arrived, the Condo we booked near Old Town was double booked. This was after we confirmed earlier in the week we were all set for the prepaid Scottsdale 2bdrm, 2 bath 4 nights stay, 3/13 to 3/17 stay’The host found a place not in Scottsdale, but comparable place but only for 3 nights. Then we had to move to a place in Scottsdale, that was not comfortable at all. The beds were uncomfortable, sheets were rough and the downstairs toilet would not flush without making adjustments. There was only 1 wine glass. Not really satisfied With the second place and my credit card was charged when I prepaid.
