Welcome to this vibrant two-level Cherry Street townhouse retreat!
This stylish home is perfect for anyone visiting Seattle that wants to be at the epicenter of it all. Easily get anywhere in the city or enjoy the comfortably designed indoor and outdoor spaces at home. Access to Capitol Hill, Downtown, First Hill, UW, Madrona, and Leschi are easy. 2 rooms & 2 bathrooms with a full kitchen and outdoor deck make this home feel cozy and relaxing. Walk to local Central District bars and pot shops!
On the first level of the townhome, there is an efficient living space with a classic large roundtable perfect for gathering around for a meal, watching a TV program, or getting some work done on your laptop. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to stay home and cook a meal. You can also take advantage of laundry facilities in the first-floor bathroom - we provide detergent. Just down the stairs from the living area, you can enjoy a cozy TV den with a comfortable sectional couch, perfect for an afternoon nap. The downstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and an en suite bathroom, with towels and basic amenities provided.
There's also a beautiful private and secluded raised patio for you to relax in the sun when you're not enjoying the city's sites. We love grilling in the summer and enjoying this sun-splashed space, relaxing with a glass of wine in hand :)
