Luxury 4* family-friendly holiday cottage near Murat in Cantal, Auvergne with indoor heated swimming pool, snooker room with full sized snooker table and children's games room. In the heart of the Volcanic National Park in the Massif Central, France. Beautiful rural location in Virargues, just 5km from the medieval market town of Murat. This recently renovated stone farmhouse offers four levels of accommodation and walled south-facing gardens. Just 15 minutes from Le Lioran ski resort, and at the heart of walking and mountain bike trails this property offers the ideal base for an active outdoor holiday. 6+ bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including two en suites, plus pool, a stunning snooker room with full sized table and separate spacious games room with table-football and table-tennis tables. The ground floor offers a large open plan kitchen and living/ dining space with range cooker, games table/reading corner, open fire and underfloor heating. Large dining table. The first floor has 4 bedrooms and a television room with two occasional double sofa beds for additional flexible sleeping accommodation. The second floor sleeps 8 people with ease.

Gîte confortable avec tout ce qu il faut pour passer un agréable sejour

Nous avons eu du soleil du vent de la neige et nous avons pu marcher dans le village et profiter pleinement de la piscine les ados ont adoré la table de ping pong ,les adultes le billard la cuisine très bien équipée. Tres bon week-end

Très bon week-end malgré la météo automnale. Maison et piscine superbes et salles de jeux très agréables. Petite surprise pour la baignoire non équipée d'une douchette ! Le descriptif des chambres et des couchages pourrait être plus précis pour mieux se préparer surtout à 20.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique gîte. Tout est conçu pour passer un séjour de qualité : piscine, billard, jeu de fléchettes, table de ping pong, babyfoot....toutes les générations y trouvent leur compte. Nous avons passé un merveilleux weekend en famille, notre 1ère cousinade, merci beaucoup ! Le gîte est trés agréable, très bien équipé. La piscine a été trés appréciée. Le village est trés joli et calme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisirs !

Séjour très agréable dans une très belle maison rénovée et très bien équipée pour occuper tout le monde. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus, le billard est majestueux, la table de ping pong, le babyfoot, le jeu de fléchettes et la salle de jeux pour les petits au top, sans oublier le magnifique piano... Malheureusement pour le confort de tous, il aurait fallu être moins nombreux. Nous étions 17 adultes dont 7 couples et il n'y a que 6 chambres, les couchages supplémentaires ne sont pas très adaptés pour les adultes ; c'est un peu dommage ! Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré tout.

Nous avons profité de toutes les prestations du gîte étant donné qu’il faisait froid et de la pluie. Juste une petite parenthèse au niveau de la porte d’entrée qui est difficile à ouvrir et aussi peut-être penser à ajouter un pare-feu pour les petits à part cela tout c’est très bien passé.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille dans cette belle bâtisse. Les espaces sont bien agencé et spacieux! La piscine est top! Seul bémol, difficile de joindre la personne gestionnaire sur site mais cela était pour du détail donc cela ne nous a pas perturbé pour notre séjour.
