Important Notes:

★ Primary Guest: The primary guest must be present for the duration of the reservation and at least 21 years old. 👤
★ Armbands and Parking: Upon arrival, a quick visit to the front desk will be necessary to purchase property RFID wristbands ($75 + tax) for access to amenities and parking. 💳
★ No Front Desk or Daily Housekeeping: Please note that this resort does not offer front desk services or daily housekeeping. 🧹
★ Limited to the number of people on the reservation. Additional guests must be pre-approved. $75 per night per guest if in violation. Max 4 people per Fire Marshal. Up to $1000 fine if over the limit. 🚫
★ Late check out without prior authorization, $50 per 1/2 hour. ⏰
★ No animals, including Emotional Support Animals, allowed. Eviction with no refund if violated and $500 extra clean fee/sanitation fee will be charged. 🐾
★ No smoking in unit or balcony/patio area. If violated, a $500 extra clean fee/sanitation fee will be charged.🚭
