Stay Here!

This cottage is absolutely impeccable. The owners have gone out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. It’s loaded with everything you may need including soap, shampoo, lotion, extra toothbrushes, coffee and towels. It’s super clean! They even had chocolates, crackers, and marshmallows to make s’mores! Owner is very available and responsive. I love this place. If you’re staying in Cookeville, stay here! Trust me on this. Thank you David!

Super Cute Cottage

This little cottage was perfect for what we needed. Everything was well stocked. We spent relaxing nights by the fire and the kids loved exploring the property. The owner was easy to contact and very responsive to our needs. We would gladly stay here again in the future.

Hi there! I’m thrilled to share a little bit about myself and my beloved cottage with you. Originally hailing from the charming town of Columbia, TN, I made my way to Cookeville to attend Tennessee Tech University. It didn’t take long for me to fall head over heels for the stunning outdoors and vibrant community here.

This cottage is my personal sanctuary, a place where I escape to unwind and soak in the natural beauty of Cookeville. Now, I’m excited to open its doors to you, so you can experience the magic of this place too!

As a new host, my top priority is ensuring you have an unforgettable stay. If you have any suggestions for amenities or utensils that could enhance your experience, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Your feedback is invaluable in helping me create the perfect getaway for future guests.

Thank you for choosing my cottage for your stay. I can’t wait to welcome you and make your visit truly special!

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with Cookeville many years ago during my college years, and it has held a special place in my heart ever since. This charming town is a hidden gem, brimming with natural beauty and delightful spots that make it truly unique.

One of my all-time favorite places is Cummins Falls. Imagine hiking through lush trails, the sound of cascading water growing louder as you approach. The breathtaking views and the exhilarating experience of swimming in the cool, refreshing waters beneath the falls are simply unforgettable. It’s a perfect escape into nature’s embrace.

And then there’s Mama Rosa’s, a cozy eatery that serves the best stromboli you’ll ever taste. The warm, inviting atmosphere and the mouthwatering aroma of freshly baked dough and melted cheese make every visit a treat. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Mama Rosa’s is a must-visit for a taste of Cookeville’s culinary charm.

I wholeheartedly recommend both of these places. They capture the essence of what makes Cookeville so special and are sure to leave you with cherished memories.

What makes this property unique

Nestled on 4 acres of enchanting woods, this property offers a unique blend of adventure and tranquility. Immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of American Indian history, with numerous artifacts discovered right on the grounds. A serene running spring meanders next to the house, adding a soothing soundtrack to your stay.

For the intrepid explorer, there’s a mysterious cave waiting to be discovered. While I haven’t explored every corner of this captivating property yet, the potential for adventure is boundless. Guests are welcome to explore, but please exercise caution—especially with children—as the cave and abundant wildlife add an element of excitement and unpredictability.

Come and create your own stories in this extraordinary setting!
