Why they chose this property
this is a robust neighborhood, full of culture, restaurants, coffee, shops, breweries, plus so much more. You will literally be in the heart of the downtown area and can walk to anywhere within 5 to 7 minutes, including the Tanger performing arts complex to see a Broadway shows.
