About this property
Classic Waterfront Home On Party Cove.
Amazing views! Make some memories at this unique and family / pet-friendly place. 3/2 fun updated lake house. Upstairs 1 king bed, 2 queens and pull-out couch with memory foam. Downstairs 1 king size bed. Both floors have great decks with beautiful views of the water. Trail will take you down to the water. Good Parking and room for a boat.
On the pets I do not have a fenced in yard. They must be on a leash at all times.
Beautiful home with moderate hike to the water. Near by you will find the only fishing pier I’m aware of in Cranes Mills Park. Absolutely beautiful views! Comal Park, The Gorge, Canyon Lake Dam, River floating and boat ramp #6 near by.
Guest can use the front yard and the back yard. The woods behind me belong to the army core of engineers. The lot to the left is private property. Please do not enter.

I try my best to meet with each guest and go over the walking trails. If I can’t meet please call me upon arrival.
House Rules:
1. We ❤️ pups but please keep them on the leash at all times. I do not have a fenced yard. 2. Parking I have a lot of parking. Please please do not park in front of the neighbors empty lot. Please park in the carport, driveway, affront of the house where railroad ties mark the front parking.
3. Please respect the neighbors privacy. Quiet hours after 10PM. Everyone loves music but please keep at a comfortable soft level after 10PM.
4. To the left of the house is an empty lot that is not part of the property please do not enter that lot.
5. Going down to the water please take comfortable workout shoes and bottle water. Please bring up any trash from the cove back to the house.
