3 bedroom getaway located 10 minutes from Penn State & Beaver Stadium

Three Bedroom property, sleeps 6 (Queen, Full, twin and futon). Amenities include a Living Room, Dining Room Table, a microwave, mini-fridge, Keurig and paper plates, plasticware, bottled water and cups. The remainder of the house is part time owner-occupied (resides in Florida), but separate from the area you will be renting. 1/2 acre lot with private fire pit and chairs behind the property. Additional Bedroom with Queen Bed and full kitchen available on request for an additional charge.

Ok stay

Overall a nice stay. The location was great!!! Would have liked a couch in the main room, and a kitchen included. Also, main bed mattress was old and could feel springs. Sheets were missing from the beds. Pillows old and lumpy. I’m not picky so enjoyed my stay but my partner was not satisfied.

Not happy with experience

The only positive aspect of this property was its cleanliness. Upon arrival, I discovered there was no toilet paper, and the bathroom sink leaked. The owner was slow to respond and offered to send supplies, but I had already purchased them myself. He promised reimbursement, which never happened. The TV was non-functional throughout my stay, and despite promises of batteries for the remote, they never arrived. After my stay, the owner offered compensation but failed to follow through. Overall, communication and problem resolution were very poor. I would not recommend this property, as the owner cannot be relied upon to address issues. I never received any compensation for my troubles.
