Located in the desirable and quiet neighborhood of Walker - this cabin is a dream! It's a serene mountain setting away from it all, yet only 20 minutes to the heart of downtown and the historic Whiskey Row. To preserve the tranquility of our retreat and respect our neighbors, we kindly ask that guests keep noise to a minimum and loud parties are not allowed. This is a place to relax, unwind, and connect with nature. PineSong offers a peaceful sanctuary where you can unwind and reconnect with nature - leave the hustle and bustle behind.

THE SPACE

Beautifully remodeled cabin in the tall pines! From the lovely chef's kitchen with Viking appliances, custom cabinetry & large prep island, to the vaulted ceilings of the main living area with windows looking out to the forest.

This home offers 2 large bedrooms on the main level, bath with walk in shower, breakfast nook & formal dining room.

The lower level has a billard room, home theater area, plus a charming brick floor foyer that has a foosball table and a door that walks out to the downstairs outdoor living area. There is another bathroom, with a large walk-in shower.

Up the grand main staircase to the upper level is an impressive master bedroom with a custom artisan wood-sculpted king bed. The main bathroom features an inviting clawfoot bathtub for a relaxing soak after your day of adventure, custom dual vanity and large walk-in shower.

A loft area with a table for games, puzzles or to get some work done. A separate spacious loft area has 2 double beds and a privacy partition if desired.

With 4 bedrooms including 3 king beds and a loft that has 2 double beds along with 3 large bathrooms, guests will feel right at home. This fantastic property is a welcoming retreat that offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts, featuring a spacious living area with a stone gas fireplace, a fully-equipped Viking appliances kitchen, entertainment room with movie theater sound quality, pool table, foosball, a fire pit area to relax around and enjoy the sounds of nature and bask in breathtaking views from the multiple decks.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Multiple decks to choose from to enjoy and soak up the views and sounds of nature with plenty of outdoor furniture to relax and unwind. In the evening, enjoy the sunset and then end your night with some amazing star gazing that can only be found in the quiet mountain sky.

Lower deck has an enchanting gas fire pit with comfortable seating to gather around and spend quality time making memories. This property is not suitable for parties or loud gatherings. Thank you for respecting the tranquility of this space.

LOCATION:
Experience Prescott like a local with easy access to downtown Prescott, only a short drive away including Costco, shopping centers, grocery stores and numerous quality restaurants.

Minutes away to many of the lakes in the Prescott area with Lynx Lake being the closest at less than 3 miles away so a quick 10-minute drive. Kayaking and fishing offer great chances to get out on your choice of any of the nearby lakes, or you can seek out an adventure with abundant hiking nearby; let your adventurous spirit come alive.

Just a few day adventures from Prescott we recommend while you're visiting:

Granite Dells - 15 minutes
Jerome - about an hour drive
Sedona - about 1.5 hour drive
Grand Canyon - about 2.5 hours drive

Other things to note:
This property is located off of Walker Road onto a dirt road then it is 1,000 feet to the house. Our driveway is paved, but we do NOT recommend large vehicles like RVs and trailers as there is not enough room to accommodate. A standard car or SUV can easily navigate the dirt road; pick up a little speed as you drive towards the house, and you will be fine. We want to inform all guests that areas of the dirt road are typical of a mountain home which in high rain or snow season a 4X4 is recommended to stay.
