Overlook Delight is situated high atop Fountain Hills and features 3 bedrooms and amazing views! The back patio is perfect for morning coffee and to watch the sunrise over Four Peaks Mountain Range and again at twilight as the majestic mountains change colors with the setting sun. Inside the home you will find a large Master Bedroom with King Bed and ensuite bathroom. A fully stocked kitchen with breakfast nook, formal dining are perfect cooking in. Come take a break and soak in some views!
