NO NEED TO WAIT ON ELEVATORS! This unit has a reserved parking spot located on the second ramp of the garage. However you can skip the loading and unloading via the elevators by parking in an unmarked spot on the fifth floor of the parking deck and walk straight into the unit.

Once you park you will never have to get back into your car and you won’t want to. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Treasure Island requires all occupants to register at the front office to get their parking pass and pool bands. This is a $20 fee paid directly to Treasure Island. It is for the safety of all our guests to ensure that our parking deck is occupied only by paying guests.

Smoking is not permitted in the condo or on the balcony. No pets are allowed.
