All guests will be asked to provide their email, and Sunset Luxury Properties will email you the Reservation Confirmation, which contains a link to confirm your reservation and agree to our Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions. Just so you know, the agreement must be e-signed within 72 hours of your reservation being paid in full.
Once this is completed, your guest portal will be available to access and include information about check-in, the rental, including address & more! Door codes will appear in the guest portal at 4:00 pm on the day of check-in.

Choosing to stay at "Happy House" in the Preserve at Lake Powell means embracing a lifestyle where nature meets convenience. Whether you're an adventurer eager to explore the outdoors or someone seeking a peaceful retreat, this neighborhood offers the perfect setting for creating lasting memories.

Before check-in, guests will be required to choose between paying a damage deposit or paying a damage waiver.
The damage deposit is $500 and is refunded after checkout, assuming there are no damages. The damage waiver is $99 and is non-refundable. The damage waiver waives your responsibility to pay for accidental damages that occur during your stay. The damage waiver does not protect against negligence or intentional damage.

Essential Things to Know:
**This home is PET FRIENDLY with an additional pet fee of $250 + tax. This covers up to 2 pets max. If you have more pets, please inquire for approval. Pet fees cannot be added on during the booking process and will be collected separately.**
After your reservation is booked, you will be provided a link to our Guest Portal to confirm your reservation. Here you provide all contact information, add your additional guests, upload a photo of you holding your ID, and agree to our terms and conditions. You will have 72 hours to complete your confirmation. Failure to complete this within 72 hours of booking may result in cancellation of your reservation.

1) WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS or CHECKS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX only.
2) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER Panama City Beach and 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction.
3) MUST be 25 years of age or older to rent. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at home for the Rental Period.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests who cancel their reservation 60 days or more prior to the check-in day will receive a 100% refund.
Guests who cancel their reservation 31-59 days before the check-in day will receive a 50% refund of the rental total.
Guests who cancel their reservation 30 days or less before the check-in will receive no refund.

House Rules
No smoking inside the condo or on balconies.
No pets.
No parties or events without prior approval.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood in Panama City Beach, Happy Place is easily accessible whether you're driving in or flying into the area.

Driving Directions:
From Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) – Approx. 20 minutes
Exit the airport and take FL-388 W to FL-79 S.
Turn left onto US-98 E (Back Beach Road) and continue for about 5 miles.
Turn right onto Wild Heron Way, then left onto Landing Circle.
Follow the road to Happy Place, your perfect vacation retreat!

From Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) – Approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Take FL-85 S to US-98 E.
Continue on US-98 E for about 50 miles.
Turn right onto Wild Heron Way, then left onto Landing Circle.
Follow the road to your destination.

Biking & Walking:
The area is bike-friendly, and you can easily ride to nearby parks and local attractions.
The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, perfect for morning strolls or an evening walk.

Golf Cart Rentals Available:
Golf carts are a fun and convenient way to get around PCB! Several local rental companies offer delivery.
