The space is nice, a little larger than others that we’ve rented here before. Backs up to the golf course for great views and no condos behind you. Upper decks off the front and back. I would rent this one again.

Beautiful space. Loved the decor, compared to a few other condos in the complex. Ample room for two young families of four. Quiet, yet centrally located very close to the pool and Pickleball courts. Was even able to tack on an extra day with last minute notice.

We appreciated being right near the golf course and having those views. This unit was right across from the pickle ball courts and pool which we used often. We also enjoyed the views from the upper deck of the red rocks to the west. We would love to come back.

I LOVE THIS PROPERTY!

This rental is brand new, so it is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It is also well equipped and had everything we needed. The view is fantastic! It overlooks the golf course in the back and you can see snow canyon from their upstairs deck, which I loved spending time on. The layout is great with two family rooms to suit small and large numbers of people. We will definitely be back! I would, without hesitation, recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful rental right by Snow Canyon

Gorgeous house with pool and pickle ball right across the street (within steps of the house). All bedrooms lovely and comfortable, and two rooms for lounging and watching TV. The outdoor seating was fantastic (2 upper balcony spots and one ground level) and gave a great view of the mountains. Snow Canyon is only a few miles away and offered so many trails to hike and bike. Kitchen is well stocked with all necessary pots/cookie sheets/dishes/glasse/utensils. Communication was excellent. We loved the rental and would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and the house had everything we needed from all dishes and utensils, laundry detergent, soap, etc. We didn't need to get anything. All the rooms were large and having separate bathrooms was great. I would definitely come here again.

Property & Course Excellent/Service Lacking

Beautiful property and golf course. Enjoyed those features immensely. Needs improvement on the service side. 1) We were told that we had access to the restaurant and bar while visiting. However, 1 evening the restaurant was booked for a golf tournament and the 2nd evening it was booked for a wedding. 2) sent golf clubs by ShipSticks and the Pro-Shop could not locate them. Finally, had to recruit the restaurant hostess who located them in the Pro-Shop. Pro-Shop could not locate the clubs for the return shipment and lost the shipping label. 3) The gentleman assisting with clubs and carts was rude and actually reverted to the use of profanity.

Amazing location and property

Would definitely stay here again. This house was an end unit so the outdoor living space was big, and top deck patio was awesome. Pool is directly across the street which was a bonus. House was stocked with a lot more supplies than other rentals I’ve stayed at. Decor was beautiful and furniture was high quality. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Spacious 2 car garage. TVs in every room. Kitchen fully stocked. Check in process super easy. The hot tub located next to the pool was murky and greenish so I reached out to the property management company and they had someone from the HOA come out within the hour to check the chemicals. Communication was super easy. 5 stars. My one and only complaint is the washing machine stunk so bad while it was running. Smelled fine when it was off. I would check that this has been addressed before staying there again. Other than that, we had zero complaints. We loved our stay, and would definitely stay there again.

The kitchens are always stocked with all the necessities, and most of the time a lot of extras. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. Within this particular unit, there was only one thing that I would complain about. The washing machine. The rubber seal within the washing machine was extremely moldy and smelly. I know this is always an issue with front load washers, but any maintenance man could figure out how to pull it out, clean it or replace it. It made the entire laundry room smell. Our clothes also did not smell the best after coming out of the washing machine.I also wish the pools were heated just a bit more. I know they are heated but it’s just not enough to keep the kids in the pool so they all hang out in the hot tubs.
