This is truly a unique opportunity to stay in a historical building in Bainbridge. This is in a safe neighborhood that is a close walk to all the food and fun in downtown Bainbridge. The place was clean, nice modern kitchen and baths, and the beds were very comfortable. This is also pet friendly with a grassy area in front and nice sidewalks for a walk. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Bainbridge.
This is a great place to stay. Large open living and kitchen areas. Two nice sized bedrooms with two full bathrooms. It was very clean and neat and well stocked.
Where to even start?! I was blown away from the moment I stepped through the door and again as I turned every corner. This was such a beautiful place to stay and I will cherish the memories we made here forever. The ceilings, the chandeliers, the pipe organ, the rafters in the kitchen. Those stained glass windows though...I could just sit and gaze at them all day. The TV is huge which goes well with the high ceilings. The furniture was comfortable (and beautiful!) including the beds, and there was plenty of room to spare. The bathrooms were very private from the rest of the house, which was nice. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The immediate neighborhood is beautiful in its own right so don't spend all your time inside! And definitely don't miss the shops and cafes a short walk away - I recommend Uncle Bill's Pizza and Recovery Room for some fantastic food! And last, but certainly not at all least, the host was such a pleasure to work with! She absolutely made me feel welcome and I never had any concerns. I would jump at the chance to not only stay here again, but to work with this host as well. Thank you so much for giving us such a wonderful trip!
