"The Entrance"

Nestled just a short drive from the vibrant Jalan Batubolong main road, Villa Kyati offers a serene retreat 100 meters from the bustling heart of Bali. As you approach, a striking natural green wall hints at the lush sanctuary beyond. Step into your private haven through a beautifully carved Balinese-style entrance door, known as Angkul-Angkul, set against a warm wooden base. This enchanting doorway, with a lockbox and doorbell for your convenience, leads to a charming patio adorned with vibrant Bougainvillea, setting the tone for your tranquil escape. Unwind by the sparkling pool, soak up the sun, or take a refreshing dip. The villa features a private garage for one car and several motorbikes, with a small staircase offering seamless access from both inside and outside.

"Pool & Garden"

As you pass the entrance and turn right, you are greeted by a serene oasis featuring a 3m x 6m pool with a green natural stone wall and black stone edges, shimmering invitingly under the sun. A spacious black natural stone hallway surrounds the pool, connecting it seamlessly to the living room and third bedroom. On the left, the first bedroom patio offers rattan-based lounge chairs and a coffee table, with vibrant Bougainvillea plants and a handmade rattan umbrella holder opposite. To the right, two teak wood sunbeds with black fabric cushions, along with a round teak wood table on a Ulin wood sun deck, provide the perfect spot to bask in the sun, while a nearby outdoor shower offers a convenient rinse after swimming. The garden is a lush paradise with natural green walls, a long stretch of greenery along the far wall, and a beautifully manicured grass area perfect for a barefoot stroll or quiet reflection. "First Bedroom"

Welcome to the first bedroom at Villa Kyati, a serene retreat located to the left of the entrance, next to the shimmering pool and lush garden. This spacious room, measuring 3.6 meters wide, 4.2 meters deep, and 3 meters high, offers breathtaking views through black-framed sliding doors and windows with elegant gray curtains. Inside, the warmth of all-teak wood furniture creates an atmosphere of natural elegance. At the center, a low-style king-size bed with a side and front skirt rests on a plush 1m x 2m carpet, flanked by round nightstands topped with handmade bamboo hanging lamp shades, and a diffuser and a Kyati Essential Oil product for aromatherapy. Above the bed, a striking wall art piece adds a touch of artisanal charm. To the left, a unique study or vanity desk equipped with a power plug, desk lamp, and drinking water provides a perfect spot for work or personal care, complemented by a 2-meter-long oval mirror. On the right, an open-style wardrobe offers ample storage, with a round base basket for towels. The room is kept cool with air conditioning for a restful stay. The attached ensuite bathroom features a black-framed sliding door with a keyless lock, a skylight for natural light, a stair towel rack with shelving, a laundry basket, a hair dryer, a rectangle wall mirror, and a gray natural stone tabletop sink. A 90cm x 90cm square coffee table sits in front of the sofa. The left wall boasts a 55-inch smart TV with YouTube, Netflix, and other popular apps, above floating consoles with books. Nearby, three colorful indoor plants enhance the ambiance. The stylish kitchen on the back wall includes open shelving, a dark gray ceramic backsplash, black granite countertop, and modern appliances: microwave, dish drying rack, sink, gas-powered stove, enclosed trash bin, two-door fridge, and a water dispenser. An elegant four-legged standing lamp with a big round shade and a plant adds warmth. The bed is flanked by four nightstands, each with a Kyati tray holding a diffuser and essential oil for a soothing atmosphere. A pool towel basket and triangular wardrobe are to the right, while a uniquely designed study desk with a desk lamp, tissue holder, and glass water bottle sits opposite. A 2-meter tall oval mirror enhances the room's light and space. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable stay. The ensuite bathroom continues the natural elegance with a wooden towel rack, black rattan laundry basket, and concrete sink with a brass faucet.
